MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) today announced a 6 percent, or $0.10 per share, increase in the company’s regular quarterly cash dividend to $1.70 per share payable on May 22, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 4, 2026.

Portland General Electric declares dividend

PORTLAND, Ore., April 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- On April 24, 2026, the board of directors of Portland General Electric Company (NYSE: POR) declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.55125 per share, representing an increase of 5%, or $0.105 per share, on an annualized basis.

The company's dividend is evaluated based on capital requirements and financial performance. PGE targets a dividend payout ratio of 60 to 70% over the long term.

The quarterly dividend is payable on or before July 15, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 25, 2026.

Paychex Declares a 10% Increase to Quarterly Cash Dividend

(Nasdaq: PAYX), an industry-leading human capital management ("HCM") company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on Paychex common stock of $1.19 per share, an increase of $0.11 (or 10%) from the prior quarterly dividend of $1.08 per share, payable on May 29, 2026 to shareholders of record as of May 13, 2026.
