Anyone who listened to the UK Budget 2013 probably wondered why they were wasting life energy when they could have been doing something more interesting like combing grass
Well I can tell you what stood out in this budget, what stood out was the fact that nothing actually stood out!
1p off Beer ...Wow!! That'll save the world economy, but it still includes a 60% duty and then you need to add 20% VAT to that.
That reminds me, double taxation is illegal in the EU so they call one DUTY the other TAX... go figure
