I also added to WELL today. Don't think there will be anything wrong with senior housing long term.
I won't be shook out.  The need isn't going away.  If the over-all market pulls back I might add a few more shares.  Going very slow has been a good plan lately, whether adding or trimming.

Added a few shares to my safer UTEs.  XEL-AEP-WRTG.  Literally just a few hundred bucks here and there.  Industries pulling back will affect their revenue but Divs are safe IMO.  That will become attractive soon enough.  175 companies have cut their Div 50% or more and I suspect this is not over for another quarter when the economy reality meets the stock market.

Just have to face the times where in. Tech is where the growth is. No one wants value anymore. I have plenty dividend stocks. But It took me a while to realize I have to mix in a few other kind of investments as well.

I agree and I am too late until the market gets a little bit sober.  If I didn't also own indexes I would have completely missed out other than AMZN.  The dividend chopping party is going to do harm to our DGI strategy for a good while IMO.  Many of them have no choice, but those who cut unnecessarily are going to pay a price in the PE awarded to them going forward.  Some of the aristocrats don't seem quite so over-valued now that it hit the fan.

Do you mostly intend to trade those techs or make some of them core holdings?  Either way is OK of course.  I just find it helpful information since I follow you like Warren Buffett.

Big Grin
No these will be long term holds. The cloud and cyber industries have lots of growth ahead. It's just getting started. And with the corona virus these kind of companies will get even bigger and more contracts going forward once the pandemic is over.

I went small today and will add to those names over time and on dips.

And yes core holdings  Big Grin

These are very good names. Check also CRM. This company still has a lot of potential and growth ahead.

Sold a KO 44 strike put expires 6-5 just before ex-Div. I am going to miss these days when I can get 2% yield in a month trying to get sucked into a blue chip about to pay a dividend. KO at sub 20 PE is fairly rare the past 20 years. I'll keep a KO put in play until it happens. I know this is boring to read lol.

Bought a bit of WPC and OMC buy order was triggered at 5% yield.

108 more 737 Max cancellations for BA. Glad I trimmed almost anything related to commercial air. We need an important news of the day thread. Smile Some of my favorite industrial airline parts suppliers are going to be good buys before long.

Must be nice to be the former CEO of T LOL

EX CEO taking home $274K per month for life

Must be nice. This is why this stock will always be a dud and I don't invest in lol

Tech on fire again and the rest of the market is left behind.

Yeah I read that about the Ex Ceo. Crazy. Maybe they should think about paying down all that debt instead of rewarding a CEO who did nothing for shareholders. I know T had a nice yield but it has been dead money for years. I would much rather be in a stock like PFE

Anyway added a few name today. LMT and BMY and and took your advice and bought a few cloud names WORK and CRWD one DOCU which is one I have been watching. I think your right. Everyone wants growth these days. Look at robinhood and see what all these young guys are investing in now Big Grin .
