There are few more decently priced stocks these days.  Since the last update, I initiated positions in CAH and HON.  Also, I added more ABBV.

Industrials: 17% of total dividends: GE, MMM, LMT, CMI, EMR, HON

Consumer Discretionary: 8% of total dividends: WMT, TGT

Consumer Staples: 18% of total dividends: MO, PG, PM, UL, DEO, GIS, ADM, FLO

Health Care: 10% of total dividends: JNJ, ABBV, CAH

Financials: 11% of total dividends: BNS, WFC, PRU, AFL, JPM

Info Tech: 4% of total dividends: IBM, AAPL

Telecom: 8% of total dividends: T, VZ

Utilities: 4% of total dividends: MSEX, ED

Since the last update, I initiated a position in TD.  Also, I added more to my positions in CAH and OHI.  I am now a bit overweight in the financial/REIT area.  I do want to pick up more Health Care and Utilities as they are starting to be better priced.

Since the last update, I have been mostly buying up Healthcare stocks: JNJ, ABBV and CAH.  I also added to VZ and IBM.  I was excited to cross the 25% of monthly expenses mark.

With such high prices across the board, the only stock addition I have done is adding more TGT.  Additionally, I have picked up some in state municipal bonds for some tax free income and diversification.

Great to see that expense coverage grow steadily! And with already over 25% it's probably just a matter of time before the dividends double and then double again on their own with those companies...  Smile

I have been focusing on the Health Care sector as of late with additions to my ABBV and CAH positions along with a new position in CVS.  Additionally, I have brought VZ up to a full position.

I have been busy lately.  I sold off a number of overvalued positions in preparation for buying a rental property.  The only things I have added over the summer was a new position in SBSI and bring MO up to a full position.  I will need to make future purchases in the sectors I am now underweight in.
