McCormick Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend

HUNT VALLEY, Md., Nov. 18, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of McCormick & Company, Incorporated (NYSE: MKC) today declared an increase in the quarterly dividend from $0.45 to $0.48 per share on its common stocks, payable January 12, 2026, to shareholders of record December 29, 2025. This marks the Company's 102nd year of continuous dividend payments and the 40th consecutive year it has increased its quarterly dividend.

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Dec. 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Nucor Corporation (NYSE: NUE) today announced the increase of its regular quarterly cash dividend on Nucor's common stock to $0.56 per share.  This cash dividend is payable on February 11, 2026 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2025 and is Nucor's 211th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.  Nucor has increased its regular, or base, dividend for 53 consecutive years – every year since it first began paying dividends in 1973.

Omnicom Increases Quarterly Dividend to $0.80 Per Share

NEW YORK, Nov. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Omnicom (NYSE: OMC) today announced that its Board of Directors increased the corporation's quarterly dividend to $0.80 per outstanding share of common stock, or $3.20 per outstanding share of common stock on an annual basis. Hormel Foods Corporation Announces 60th Consecutive Increase to the Annual Dividend

AUSTIN, Minn., Nov. 24, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Hormel Foods Corporation (NYSE: HRL), a Fortune 500 global branded food company, today announced a 1 percent increase to the quarterly dividend, raising the implied annualized rate to $1.17 per share, marking the 60th consecutive annual dividend increase.

The Board of Directors authorized a quarterly dividend of 29.25 cents ($0.2925) a share to be paid on February 17, 2026, to stockholders of record at the close of business on January 12, 2026.

WesBanco Declares Increase in Quarterly Cash Dividend to Its Shareholders

WHEELING, W.Va., Nov. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- WesBanco, Inc. (Nasdaq: WSBC), a diversified, multi-state bank holding company, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 2.7% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.38 per common share from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.37 per common share. The higher dividend rate will be payable on January 2, 2026 to shareholders of record on December 5, 2025. This is the nineteenth increase in the quarterly dividend since 2010 and represents a cumulative increase of 171% over that period.

CALGARY, AB, Dec. 3, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - Enbridge Inc. (Enbridge or the Company) (TSX: ENB) (NYSE: ENB) announced today its 2026 financial guidance and an annualized common share dividend increase from $3.77 to $3.88 per share, or 3%, effective March 1, 2026.

Enbridge announces that the quarterly common share dividend for 2026 will be increased by 3% from $0.9425 to $0.97 per common share, commencing with the dividend payable on March 1, 2026, to shareholders of record on February 17, 2026.
