Like M$$I, I'm focussing on expanding my utes and REITs. Added a first tranche in Xcel Energy (XEL) today when it hit my limit order.

I'll look at utilities again after the first rate increase gets announced. SO is on my short list, and so is NEE ay substantiallyy higher yield.
