trimmed IIPR (some tax loss harvesting)
adds ELV--UNH--ABT--TMO--ENPH--NKE
i've also been adding to VZ here and there once it got to the low 30's
but for the most part ELV--UNH have been my main buys for several weeks/last couple of months or so
earlier in the week i also trimmed SAIA--ODFL
sold out of ARCB
