Not what I'd like but more than double the current inflation rate. I'm sitting on a YOC* of 6.66% and the stock has doubled since the divestiture so I shouldn't complain.

Wife will be happy with this. More than I was expecting with the myriad of issues they're facing.* I calculate YOC including reinvested dividends because that's more of my cash invested.
