I agree MED is now no longer investable. Once you cut the the dividend completely out its to move on. I know a log of people own it on here.

I took some new positions today SQ, PYPL, ABNB, EXR, HSY and LLY

One of my worst investments. At least with the dividend cut, I can make a clean break and not look back.

Nice buy. I'm in on MPW as well. With no more rate hikes stock should see $10-$12

Used pooled dividends to add to TROW yesterday.

This morning sold out of my MED position and used the proceeds to add to BMY, DG, and HRL.

Added a tiny bit of LMT, I felt like I was a bit light on it and had a bit of cash left to spend this year. I know, not ideal to buy when there is a conflict going on but their earnings are going to look amazing once all of the stuff from the new production lines start to show up in sales.
