That is very interesting.

XOM, APPL, GE, MSFT, IBM, MO, GM, JNJ, WMT, PG, CVX, KO, T , AMZN

I'm in  50% of them. Does that mean I only get 10%? Need to pick up the other one as well.

You know what they say, past performance does not equal future performance...

I'd guess going forward this list will still be a great starting point valid for the next 100 years, I'd probably add Google/Alphabet and Tesla to this list considering how they are "re-shaping" the future.

I own 10 of the 14 btw, and I'm waiting for a good entry point in MSFT to add it to my list. I almost entered AMZN at ~$300 but decided to pay down the house first, not sure it was a good decision now  DodgyDodgy. Since then I decided to just invest in DGI so it's out of my list for now.

I'm in 9 (bolded) of the 14.  I've never bought Apple or MSFT, because Warren Buffett scared me from tech years ago.  Considering getting into them.

I personally feel one does not need a large number of holdings, in fact we have only 18 stocks in all of our portfolio's. Most would consider this risky and certainly not diversified, but we are extremely happy with the income they produce and the growth. When we were in the accumulation phase we didn't have to search far & wide, just added to our existing holdings when the price was right.
