Nice increase for the changes going on at the company lately. Rumors persist the new CEO is on the prowl for an accretive buyout/merger also.

Microchip Technology (NASDAQ:MCHP) declares $0.357/share quarterly dividend, 0.1% increase from prior dividend of $0.3565.
Forward yield 3.11%
Payable March 9; for shareholders of record Feb. 23; ex-div Feb. 19.
They've increased the dividend $0.0005 every quarter.
